Mind you, the comparison with Nazi Germany is more complex than it looks.
German subjects were the subject of a system of terror administered through the omnipresent Gestapo. A 'request' to attend their offices was a truly terrifying prospect and non compliance to their wishes would end in a concentration camp.
Political dissidents who did survive life in a concentration camp came back completely traumatized and never the same again.
We currently live within a system that is every bit as totalitarian as the Nazi one, but the one we live under does not require a security apparatus. The private and public systems of social administration have learned to apply the principles of public relations and marketing to the point of such scientific accuracy, they effectively control consciousness, in much the same way that a jewel wasp does with its cockroach prey.

We live in a society of third generation Shop Troops and Contract Warriors in a economic system templated from world war levels of mobilization of people, organizations and natural resources. The damage profile is one of not physical death and destruction, but existential death, bombed out social infrastructure a natural environment that is being systematically demolished with the same level of efficiency as pouring Zyklon B into concentration camp 'shower units'.
The biggest problem we have is just realizing what trouble we are already in. And the solutions, insofar as there now any at all, will almost certainly mean war.
I speak up on person to person whenever I have the chance! People think the hormones have temporary effects and your child can just go back when they change their mind. Telling the whole ugly truth is important.

Half the battle is getting out of agreeable paralysis and mobilizing to act in the world. But to do that effectively means mobilizing analysis, because intellectual clarity is the essence of leadership. And right now, the Wokes have at least to some extent been able to corner their opposition into ideologically 'blinded', 'ignorant', 'reactionary' and 'conservative' 'prejudice', 'bigotry', 'hate', 'vilification' and 'phobia', blah blah blah.
Staying in that corner enables them to work you over. You have to be able to dance out of that trap, get into the centre of the ring and define the terms of the fight, by bringing to bear your narrative and ideological assault weapons.
It is no longer open to us to trot out notions of 'common sense', even in the face of the most egregiously nutso propositions. The only reason that those nutso propositions carry so much weight is that common sense has evaporated into ideological fantasy on a mass scale.
We need to put the Wokes into some kind of 'perspective' as to why they are in the space they now occupy and why they have so much moral leverage and institutional power. We need to be able to show that the assembly of that position is a result of much larger forces that are not benign and have done enormous damage to get to where they are.
We need to be able to paint the Wokes into the same corner as the Nazis, to morally discredit them and offer an alternative way of doing business that will involve ideologically decolonizing our social system, purging the discredited Woke 'Old Order'. An immediately post Woke social order will look eerily similar to the process of denazification that occurred after WW2.
This will involve replacing its apparatchiks across all social platforms with people who will not tolerate their business model and are prepared to fight for the tradition of morally responsible liberal democracy and a quasi secularized notion of say Christian fellowship that is prepared to reregulate and recapitalize what is left of our now thoroughly smashed social infrastructure, in whose absence, market forces have moved.
To defeat the Wokes requires more than just resistance to its more out there insanities. There has to be an alternative vision, a rationale of why it is necessary and some sense of where we want to go with it.
This is almost bound to end in civil war. All sides are already defaulting to ideological fundamentalism and the unavoidable 'authoritarianism' that comes out of that, as we cease to tinker at the margins and start to advocate for 'restructure', at the expense of 'the other'.
The ideological consensus that drove the Enlightenment and the industrial revolution into third stage Indulgence Capitalism, is over. The fight for the future is just beginning.
You are right Lynn. I campaign to many elected and appointed representatives in my own name, but to get up on stage and risk being entirely cut off by my daughter while there is a hope of her coming to her senses, with us currently in her life as some kind of influence, is what holds me back.

I agree with you, Lynn! For those of us who are back on solid emotional ground and not totally consumed in the fight for our own families, doing nothing to address the broader issues, or merely posting, worrying, and complaining to each other, are no longer options.
Also, the *only* reason the radical leftist LGBT "religious extremists" have taken over our world is because conservatives (at least conservatives on this issue) have done nothing! They can *only* win this fight if we continue to stand down and refuse to get in the ring. In tons of places where they have been opposed, they lose! A pediatric gender clinic in Dallas was just shut down because people stood up to them.
We have to commit to acting - to regularly write letters & talk to our governing leaders, hold protests, get involved in school boards & elections (vetting candidates or even running for office ourselves), etc.
To me, the very best option is to get involved with a group rather than starting from scratch. Mass Resistance (massresistance . org) is a great, very effective, very strong pro-family group that has run many effective campaigns against the LGBT agenda over multiple decades. They don't mess around, and they win. LifeSiteNews is a great site for news of the problem & the resistance movement (right now they have a lot of COVID vaccine resistance & religious freedom info as well), as is American Family Radio (afr . net & they have an app...basically all their shows have info on the LGBT resistance). If you're non-Christian, you'll find a lot of Christians in this fight already, but we welcome anyone of any worldview who wants to fight this insidious & irrational agenda alongside us.

I grew up during the Cold War and I remember the stories about what those horrible communist/authoritarian states that turbines people into scared robots who did what they were told.
